The Grain Gear project 2.0 is an extension of the original project. Creating a bike saddle cover was a natural choice, given the strong cycling culture in Malmö.

The rice bags durable and moisture-resistant properties made an ideal material to re-design into a bike accessory.

The ambition with this project is to further develop, as well as explore additional design solutions. Establishing collaborations with more local restaurants in order to encourage up-cycling and embrace the diversity of the city.

Sanlo on Bergsgatan kindly donated these to me, so I could continue to work on The Grain Gear project.
